At our initial consultation with owners we ensure that we discuss their requirements and tailor our services accordingly.

We are transparent in the management of our properties and offer our owners 24/7 live access to our Owner Portal that includes the following:

  • Current financial status of all their properties
  • Photos and details of the property including inspection reports
  • Statements and invoices
  • Maintenance history

Our tenants have 24/7 access to the Tenant Portal where they can check when their rent is paid up to, when it is next due and log and monitor maintenance requests.
